Here is an update about Mike’s dad.  I have sent this to a few people, 
but I don’t have access to everyone. Sorry it’s late but you know who 
slow hospitals are.  I’m sending this to a few people, but would one of 
you put it on the health list? I don’t think I can.  They took Mr. 
Everett in to do the drainage and biopsy of the mass or growth or 
whatever it is in his ribs.  When they got in they found it is in a 
difficult place to access, so they took a bit for a biopsy and they 
found infection in there as well.  So they’ve started him on antibiotics 
and have scheduled a full surgery under anesthesia tomorrow to get the 
rest of it.  While I was talking to him tonight he was eating a bbq 
dinner.  He was hungry.  He said he’s feeling a little better but he 
thinks he has 2 problems going on.  He said I’ve had ulcers since I was 
25  years old and I know what that feels like.  Antacids help so I know 
that is a thing going on as well.  He was in really good spirits.  I got 
the impression he was relieved.  I told him we are praying for him and 
he really really appreciated that.  He said he’s trying to get Mike to 
eat his dinner but he won’t.  Mike is there for the night with just a 
plastic chair.  Pray for him as well.  He had lunch and brought a snack, 
I told him to ask the nurse for a snack but I don’t know if he will.  
It’s a long road but his dad is in high spirits that things are going 
the right way.  He said he thinks they almost waited to long to get him 
in because of all the covid problems and stuff that are keeping people 
out of hospitals and procedures.  Anyhow Mike said keep everyone updated 
and if any more news comes out I will let you know.
