[VIP Member Health and Welfare Update on Gary Jackson

Dear members,

I received the following update from Gary’s family today.

Plans have been made to transfer Gary  on Friday, July 22nd. to Mid Jefferson Extended Care Hospital. The focus will be on wound care and nutrition.  He
has continued not to be compliant .  He still continues to refuse to eat, drink and refuses to take his medicine. They are hoping that this transition
will allow them to help Gary and get him to eat, drink and take medicine.

The family is asking  for everyone to keep Gary in your thoughts and prayers.

I will continue to update as I learn more information.
