On Monday of this week I had a mini stroke and was admitted to 
hospital.  I was there until Friday and then was sent home.


I have been having problems over the last few months with stoke symptoms 
but did not realize that is what was happening.


I was told that I did actually have a stroke previously, but this was a 
mini stroke caused by a tia.


I was doing well until today and my heart felt like it was was a fist 
clenching.  I did call an ambulance but the symptoms were cleared up by 
the time they got here, so I did not go to the hospital.


My blood pressure up until this episode was an average of 200 over 120 
most of the time.


Now it is back to being normal.  I was exercising in the building but 
the doctors dont think I am safe to do that now.  So I do exercise at my 
little half wall in my kitchen.


I am feeling more positive and have a better outlook on life.


Please keep me in your prayers and know that I do enjoy the people on 
here a great deal.\
