TOO SALTY?

If the gravy is too salty, add: a pinch of brown sugar, or 1/3 tsp. white vinegar Or a peeled raw potato, leaving in mixture a few minutes, stirring, then remove.

Getting Out The Lumps:

a pinch of baking soda added to potatoes, when creaming them with an electric mixer eliminates the lumps. Hmm: We could call those Creamed Potatoes?

Cake Stuck To Pan?

If, your cake sticks to the pan or is crumbly, Salvage it! Crumble cake in large bowl. In another container, layer:
