1 large piece of sirloin steak
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Fresh garlic
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Slice steak into thin strips. Saute in olive oil and add fresh garlic. Add pepper, onion and mushrooms and saute for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, 3 drops of Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of sugar. Salt & pepper to taste, cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
