1 box graham crackers
2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 8-ounce Cool Whip
Butter bottom of 13x9x2 dish. Line bottom with whole graham crackers. Make pudding according to directions, let it thicken and mix with Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of mixture over the layer of graham crackers, layer more cracker over pudding and add remaining 1/2 of pudding. Top with another layer of crackers.
Frost with chocolate icing: (See below)
2 squares melted baking chocolate - I use 1 bar Ghirardelli chocolate instead of ______ chocolate
2 tsp. white corn syrup
3 T. butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together and spread evenly over top. If too stiff add a little water so it will spread evenly.
