1 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups blueberries
pie crust for a 2 crust pie.
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
Mix dry ingredients together; Add to blueberries. Line a 9" or 10" inch pie
dish with rolled out pie dough. Add berry mixture. Dot with butter. Roll our
remaining pie dough and cut into 3/4 inch wide strips to make a lattice top, or make a full top crust. Slit in several places. Crimp edges.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 50 minutes, or until crust is very lightly
browned.
