Coconut pyramids.

Ingredients:

2 egg whites
5 ounces sugar
5 ounces of desiccated coconut (that is shredded)
cherries.

Method:

Grease a baking sheet, cut small rounds of rice paper (optional) and place
on baking sheet. Whisk egg whites stiffly and fold in sugar and coconut.
Pile mixture onto rice paper and form into pyramids. This can be done with
an egg cup. Bake in a very slow oven, 265 degrees F and add a cherry on the
top of each pyramid half way through cooking time. Cooking time is 45 minutes.
