16 ounces of chocolate almond bark
2 cups of powdered sugar
3.5 ounces of mint chocolate bar
10 cups of Rice Chex
1 bag of mint M&M candies
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate bark and mint chocolate bar in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Once smooth and melted, stir in Chex. Using a large paper or sealable bag, toss chocolate-coated cereal in powdered sugar.
Stir in M&M candies. Serve.
