Home Made Simple Strawberry Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

1 Box 12 Count Ice Cream Sandwiches
1 - 8oz. Jar Strawberry Preserves
1 Bottle Chocolate Sundae Syrup
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 � 8oz. Cream Cheese Softened
One Half cup Butter Softened
16oz Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Method:

Unwrap and place 4 ice cream sandwiches side by side and end to end on a serving platter creating a rectangle. Spread with a thin layer of preserves. Drizzle lightly with chocolate syrup. Repeat layers ending with a third row of ice cream sandwiches on the top. Place in freezer.
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add most of the powdered sugar beating until smooth spreadable consistency.
Ice frozen cake with frosting. Garnish and decorate as desired.
Keep frozen until 10-15 minutes before serving. Slice and serve.
