Oven 300f pan 10 by 14inches
1 cup each of raisins, chopped apricots, chopped walnuts, currants, chopped blanched almonds and raspberry jam.
2 eggs
zest of one lemon
2 cups flour
Put fruits, nuts and jam in a bowl. Add 2 eggs and the zest of 1 lemon. Stir well. Sprinkle 2 cups
flour over mixture. Stir and put in a greased pan.
Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into diamond shapes.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool. When cool Place on serving plate. You may dust with powdered sugar if desired.
