Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients:


2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 large jar marshmallow cream
Fudge Icing
1 stick butter melted
1 box 10x powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup cocoa

Method:

Cream the sugar and butter. Add the eggs and beat well.
mix the flour and cocoa together and add to the butter mixture.
add the vanilla and the nuts blend well. In a 13 by 9inch cake pan, Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes or till done. Spread on marshmallow cream while cake is still warm. Then top with fudge Icing.
Preparing Fudge Icing
Mix the sugar and cocoa together. Add the melted margarine and the milk
gradually. blend well. add the vanilla and the nuts and top the cake while still warm.
