1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter softened
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 egg
3-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, extract and egg in large bowl.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt then cover and refrigerate at least 4
hours.
Heat oven to 375.
Shape 1 teaspoon dough into a ball then place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until set and very light brown then remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
Heat chips until melted and dip tops of cookies into butterscotch.
Dip into nuts then place cookies on waxed paper and let stand 10 minutes to set.
