2/3 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED
2/3 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
2 LARGE EGGS
1 1/2 CUPS OLD FASHION OATS
1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
6 OUNCES DRIED CRANBERRIES
2/3 CUP OF WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNKS OR CHIPS
Heat oven to 375 F.
beat butter and sugar in medium bowl until light and fluffy.
add eggs mix well.
combined oats, flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl.
add dry mixture to butter mixture in several additions, stirring well.
stir in white chocolate and cranberries.
drop by rounded teaspoon full on to ungreased cookie sheet.
bake 10 to 12 minutes.
makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
