Pecan Pralines

Ingredients:

1 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cups of heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of salted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups of pecans

Method:

Line a cookie sheet or two with parchment paper
Place the brown sugar, vanilla, butter and heavy whipping cream in a sauce pan; place over medium heat, bringing it to a boil, stirring constantly
Let boil for one minute, then remove from heat and immediately whisk in powdered sugar, Once powdered sugar is all mixed in, add pecans
Using a tablespoon or soup spoon, place large dollops of the mixture on your lined cookie sheet
Allow to sit for 30 minutes; for faster setting, place in a refrigerator
