3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. unsalted butter, room temperature
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. frozen raspberries
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until fully combined.
4. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
5. Slowly add in flour mixture just until incorporated.
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Gently fold in raspberries.
8. Drop by rounded tablespoon (or use a cookie scoop) 2 inches apart on uncreased baking sheet.
9. Bake at 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Cool on a wire rack.
