2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
5 eggs
1 cup Canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients, (all but the chocolate
bits) and then beat until creamy smooth. About 5 minutes at medium speed.
Pour mixture into greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Pour the chocolate bits on top
of mixture and spread evenly.
Oven 350 degrees.
Time: 30 minutes or when toothpick tests clean. Cut brownies when cool.
Makes 3 dozen.
Tip: 1 12-ounce bag of chocolate bits equals 2 cups unless you snitch
during cooking.
