2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chunky peanut butter
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, extracts and mix.
Add peanut butter and mix
well.
Sift dry ingredients together. Stir this into peanut butter mixture. Blend well,
chill for 2 hours. Roll into small balls. Flatten with fork. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
