Fruit:
1 Apple, cored and diced
1 Pear, Diced
1 Banana, sliced
For Cooking:
Butter
Sunflower Oil
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
Black Pepper
Spices to taste
1 Can of Coconut Milk
1 Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan on a medium heat
2 Grind in some black pepper and sprinkle in about 1 teaspoon of spices
3 Add the sugar and stir until all the sugar has dissolved.
4 Soften the apple and pear, then add the banana and reduce to a low heat.
5 Simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes.
6 Add the Coconut Milk, warm through and serve.
