1 lb. trimmed sirloin , cut into strips
1 tablespoon sherry
1 ½ tblsp. Oyster sauce
1 tblsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
6 tblsp. Cold chicken stock
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tblsp. Cornstarch
2 tsp. canola oil
3 scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces
In a bowl combine the sherry, soy sauce,  sugar and 2 tablsp. Chicken stock.  Add the beef and marinate for 5 minutes.    Microwave broccoli for 2 minutes.  In a small bowl put the cornstarch & remaining chicken stock.  Drain off the marinade from the beef and add to the cornstarch mixture.  In a wok or heavy skillet, heat the oil to scizzling.  Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes.  Add the broccoli and scallions  to the skillet to heat and push to the side.  Pour the cornstarch mixture in the center and   cook for a few minutes more to thicken.
Serve with rice but to be very healthy, use brown rice.
