Impossible Lasagna Pie

Ingredients:

1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese or ricotta

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained

1 t. oregano leaves

1t. basil leaves

1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste

1 c. shredded mozzarella

1 c. milk

2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix

2 eggs

1 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper

Method:

Heat oven to 400 F. Grease pie plate, 10x 1 1/2". Layer cottage and
Parmesan cheeses in plate. Mix beef, herbs, paste and 1/2 c.
mozzarella; spoon on top. Beat milk, baking mix, eggs salt and pepper
15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into
plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out
clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. 6 servings.
