Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients:

4 cups flour
� cups sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder and � teaspoon Baking soda
� teaspoon Cream of tartar
2 cups raisins
2 cups milk and � stick butter
2 egg yolks or 1 egg

Method:

Mix all this together and place dough in a floured cast iron pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
