OVEN HAM CROQUETTES

Ingredients:

2 c. cooked ham
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated onion
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish( optional)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. cracker crumbs or panko crumbs

Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan.

In mixing bowl, combine ham, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and egg. Mix well.

Divide into 6 parts; roll each into cone.

Roll each into butter, coat with cracker crumbs.
Arrange in pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with any gravy or sauce your family prefers.
