½ cup ancho chili powder
salt
4 1 inch thick pork chops
2 cups apple juice
½ cup maple syrup
2 tblsp. lemon juice
ground pepper to taste
Combine chili powder and 2 tsp. salt and spread oon plate.  Rub pork chops with mixture, place on plate and cover.  Refrigerate for four hours.
In a sauce pan, combine apple juice, maple syrup and lemon juice over heat.  Season sauce with salt and Pepper.  Cook until it forms a glaze.
Preheat oven to 400f and place chops on a lined baking sheet.  Brush chops with glaze oon both sides.Bake for 20 minutes.
