2 lbs. ground beef
1 ? cups each of celery& onion
? cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. chili powder
? cup catsup
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tblsp. horseradish
8 ounce can tomato sauce
Biscuit topping:
1 8 ounce can buttermilk or country style biscuits
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tblsp. Parsley
Oven 375F
In a frying pan brown ground beef and drain fat. Stir remaining ingredients but not biscuit topping
Spoon into a 10 or 12 cup bundt pan.
Separate biscuit dough and layer half over meat mixture. Sprinkle with most of the cheese then top with remaining biscuits then rest of the cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool upright for 30 minutes then invert on serving plate??
