Lentils With Smoked Ham

Ingredients:

2 cups lentils
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 pound smoked ham, sliced
2 cups chicken broth
1 8-ounce can tomato paste
1 cup water

Method:

Combine all ingredients in the stoneware. Cover cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or
on High for 4 to 5 hours.
