Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients:

1 1/4 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Method:

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 - In a large bowl, add the green beans and the oil and toss until they are evenly coated.
Step 3 - Add the salt, the garlic powder, and the pepper to the green beans and stir until they are evenly coated.
Step 4 - Evenly spread the seasoned green beans over a large baking sheet then bake, about 10 minutes.
Step 5 - Transfer the baking sheet to a wire rack. Sprinkle the parmesan over the partially cooked green beans and toss until they are evenly coated.
Step 6 - Bake the parmesan-coated green beans, stirring once halfway through, until the cheese is golden, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 7 - Serve immediately.
