Spinach Balls

Ingredients:

1 bag Pepperidge Farms herbed stuffing cubes
1 large bag frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained until dry
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced or chopped
6 eggs
2 sticks of margarine melted
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours. Roll into a ball and bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes and enjoy.
