1 box of yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups of water
2 dozen cupcake liners, miniature
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
24 large berries, washed
24 ounces of whipped cream
� Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil and water
� Stir until all ingredients are smoothly combined
� Put cupcake papers into cupcake tins, pour batter into cupcake papers
� Place a fresh berry into the center of each cup
� Bake at 350 agrees until cake is cooked all the way through
� Whip together cream cheese, lemon juice and powdered sugar
� Spread some of the cream cheese mixture on the top of each cool cupcake
� Top with whipped cream
