Buckeyes

Ingredients:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter
1 pound powdered sugar
1 cup. crunchy peanut butter

12 ounces of chocolate chips or chocolate candy bars
1 half bar paraffin wax

Method:

Mix first four ingredients altogether. Form into balls.
Refrigerate overnight.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate and wax. (I don't have a double boiler so I use one pan with water so the chocolate and wax do not stick and burn. Have to put on low heat.

Dip the balls and allow to sit on wax paper. I put the balls in the refrigerator on toothpicks for easier dipping.
