Apple Sausage Oven Pancake

Ingredients:

1 pkg. brown & serve sausages

1 c. bisquick

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 c. milk

1 egg

1/2 c. chopped, pared apple

Maple syrup

Method:

Heat oven 450°.
Grease 8x8x2" baking dish.

Brown sausages as directed on pkg.

Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, milk and egg with hand beater until smooth. Stir in apple. Pour in dish;

arrange sausages on top.

Bake until light brown, 20 - 25 min. Serve with syrup. Enjoy.
