2 lbs Ground Beef, ground turkey or chicken can be substituted
1 Large Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1� 8-oz can Tomato Sauce
1� 8-oz can Water
1� Tbsp Chili Powder
� tsp Cayenne Pepper
� tsp Black Pepper
� tsp Oregano
1� tsp Ground Cumin
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
� tsp Salt
1� 15-oz can Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained
1� 15-oz can Black Beans
Preheat a pressure cooker. Add ground beef, onion and green pepper. Cook and stir until meat is browned and no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients except beans. Close cover securely and place pressure regulator on vent. After pressure regulator begins to vibrate, cook 5 minutes. Let pressure drop, then add beans and heat through. Adjust seasonings. If desired, additional chili powder or cayenne pepper may be added.
A pressure cooker is used to make this chili "fast." Ground beef, onion, green pepper, tomato sauce and a blend of seasonings are combined, with canned beans added at the end.
