Coconut Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

1 14 oz. bag sweetened shredded coconut
14 oz. can sweetened Condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup lightly salted almonds chopped

Method:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine coconut and sweetened condensed milk till well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Scoop by tablespoons. Flatten with water dipped fingers...
Bake 14 to 16 minutes.
Note, check after 13 minutes.
