Fabulous Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup reduced-fat milk
8-ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
8-ounce Gruy?re cheese
2-ounce Blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce

Method:

Combine all ingredients in the stoneware. Cover cook on Low 2-2 1/2 hours,
stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.
