Individual Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients:

(Serves one person)

This is a good activity for gathering of friends or family.



2 Tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute
1 Cup ‘Half and Half’
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
* Instead of cinnamon and nutmeg you can use1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice.
1/2 cup rock salt [find on baking aisle of grocery store] (or regular salt)

1 sandwich size freezer Ziploc bag

1 gallon size freezer Ziploc bag

Method:

In the sandwich size freezer Ziploc bag put sugar or sugar substitute, Half and Half, vanilla, and spice. Close the bag


In a gallon size freezer Ziploc bag put rock or regular salt. Place the closed small bag inside and fill the large bag with ice. Close the large bag and shake for 5 minutes! This is your exercise!!! Eat when it is ready or add toppings, or make banana split or ice cream sundae.
