1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
3 or 4 peaches peeled and cut in half
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Cover the bottom of the pie crust with peach halves. Cut side down.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over peaches.
Bake at 425F for 15 minutes and at 375F for 30 minutes.
Refrigerate to store.
Cooks note: you may substitute apples, plums, berries or other fruit for the peaches.
