1 8 ounce package fat free cream cheese
1 tablespoon chives
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup fat free Parmesan cheese
1 loaf fat free bread
Cut bread into small circles with biscuit cutter. Mix
ingredients. Spread on top of bread. Place on a non-stick cookie
sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
Yields 2 dozen.
