2 large baking potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1 cup real bacon bits
4 Tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
5 Tbsp of butter or margarine
4-5 cups water
Peel and cut potatoes into medium sized squares. Place potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Allow potatos to cook until tender enough to mash. Drain potatoes and mash in a bowl. Add milk, butter, and seasoning while potatoes are still very hot. Add bacon bits.
