6 fully cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
4 medium potatoes (about 1-1/4 pounds), cooked, peeled, and cubed
1 16 - ounce can cut green beans, drained
1 10 3/4 - ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1 small onion, chopped
1. In a 3-quart casserole, stir together the bratwurst or Polish sausage, potatoes, green beans, soup, cheddar cheese, and onion.
2. Bake the casserole, covered, in a 350 degree F oven for about 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
