2 1/2 pounds of sour cream
2 1/2 pounds of frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup vanilla
1/2 cup grenadine syrup
1 1/2 quarts of half and half
Pour first five ingredients into a blender and puree.
Pour the mixture into a large container, add the half and half; stir.
That's it! Serve nice and cold.
This will make approximately 1 gallon.
