8 slices bacon, diced
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cans (16 ounces each) pork and beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup dark corn syrup or brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Cook bacon in a skillet until almost crisp; add onion to drippings and continue to cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. If skillet is not oven-safe, transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350� for 30 minutes.
