2 Kansas City Steak Company Filet Mignon Wrapped With Hickory Bacon
1 Kansas City Steak Company T-Bone Steaks
4 Tbsp. butter
12 oz. button mushrooms, washed and trimmed
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 sprig fresh rosemary, minced
2 Tbsp. truffle oil
salt & pepper, to taste
1. Brush both sides of steaks with olive oil.
2. Sear both sides of steaks over direct high heat - 1 min. on each side
3. Move steaks to indirect heat and continue grilling according to grill instructions provided (*instructions vary by size and cut).
4. While steaks are grilling, melt butter in large skillet.
5. Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, and rosemary, and saute over medium-high heat until mushrooms are golden brown (about 10 mins).
6. Remove from heat and drizzle with truffle oil. Add salt & pepper to taste.
7. Top grilled steaks with mushrooms and enjoy!
