Pumpkin Dream Dump Cake

Ingredients:






1 (15-ounce) can pure pumpkin
1 (10-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 cup graham crackers, coarsely crushed
1/2 cup pecans, optional
1/2 cup toffee bits, optional
1 cup butter, melted
vanilla ice cream, optional, to taste, for serving

Method:

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 - Coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Step 3 - In a large bowl, add the pumpkin, the evaporated milk, the brown sugar, the eggs, and the pumpkin pie spice and stir to combine.
Step 4 - Evenly pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Step 5 - Evenly sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the pumpkin mixture in the baking pan, but do not stir.
Step 6 - Evenly top the cake mix in the baking pan with the graham crackers, the pecans, and the toffee bits.
Step 7 - Evenly pour the melted butter over the cake.
Step 8 - Bake the cake until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned, about 45 to 50 minutes.
Step 9 -
Serve topped with the ice cream.
