2 bags of broccoli slaw
8 oz favorite tomato sauce
1 Tbsp pesto sauce
12 oz grilled chicken
3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
6 large basil leaves
Add 1/3 cup water to the broccoli slaw and put into a microwave safe dish or into a steamer basket over a pot of water. Microwave or steam until tender but still firm 4-8 minutes.
Place in a large sauté pan with tomato sauce and pesto sauce. Saute over medium high heat for two minutes. Remove from heat and separate onto four plates.
Top with grilled chicken and garnish with fresh chopped basil and shredded Parmesan.
