Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

• 1 can cream of celery soup * substitute cream of chicken or cream of mushroom if desired
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups cubed potatoes
• 2 cups broccoli
• 1 cup carrots, sliced
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 3 cups cooked chicken * I used rotisserie chicken
• 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method:

1. In a large saucepan, combine cream of celery soup and chicken broth. Heat to boiling.
2. Add potatoes; boil 5 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
