1 small cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 ounces nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash white pepper
Toss cucumber in bowl with salt. Cover and chill approximately 30 minutes. Drain
moisture from cucumber. Combine cucumber with remaining ingredients; mix well. Store covered in refrigerator.
