1 (3.4-ounce) package of vanilla instant pudding mix, or coconut cream instant pudding
1 (20-ounce) can of crushed pineapple, juices reserved
1 (8-ounce) container imitation whipped topping, thawed
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup sweetened coconut, optional, shredded
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 In a large bowl, stir the pudding mix and can of crushed pineapple with their juices together.
2 Gently stir in the imitation whipped topping, marshmallows, coconut, and pecans.
3 Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pressing the wrap to the mixture.
4 Chill for at least 2 hours and up to 4 hours.
5 Serve.
