16 oz. white chocolate *I used Candiquik
15 Oreos, divided
1/4 c. Andes Peppermint Pieces
2 Tbsp. milk chocolate
1. Melt white chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.
2. Crush 12 Oreos; stir into melted white chocolate.
3. Spread mixture to 1/4 inch thickness onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
4. Sprinkle with additional Oreos (crushed) and peppermint pieces. Set aside until hardened.
5. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over bark; let harden.
6. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
