Ingredients:

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup baking cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt

Method:

1Sift milk powder, confectioners' sugar and cocoa through a fine mesh sieve into an airtight container; stir in salt. Seal; store in a cool, dry place.
2To prepare, dissolve 5 tablespoons mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir well.
