Brown Bag Casserole

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef, 90% lean
1 (10.75-ounce) can of condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (10.75-ounce) can of condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 (20-ounce) package of frozen crinkle-cut fries

Method:

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
3 In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes.
4 Drain the grease from the skillet.
5 Stir the golden condensed mushroom soup and condensed cheddar cheese soup into the beef.
6 Pour the beef mixture into the prepared dish.
7 Arrange the french fries over the top and fully cover the beef mixture.
8 Bake uncovered until the fries are golden brown, about 50 to 55 minutes.
9 Serve.
